Payment Policy
- Full payment is required before starting the design process.
- No refunds will be issued once the design process has begun.
- The client is responsible for all taxes related to payment and refunds.
Design & Revision Policy
4. The client is entitled to two (2) revisions only.
5. Once the client approves the final design, no further modifications can be made.
6. If a client requests a specific logo design but later cancels, 50% of the logo price will be deducted.
7. Any major modifications after delivery will be considered a new request and charged at full price.
8. Source files (such as PSD, AI, AEP) will not be provided.
Designer Rights & Usage
9. The designer reserves the right to showcase the design in the store for portfolio purposes only.
10. Designs may not be modified for use by any other entity outside the agreed project.
11. Files will be delivered directly to the account holder, and rank transfers or intermediaries are not permitted.
General Policies
12. Clients must provide all necessary details, including preferred colors, when placing an order.
13. We are not responsible for any loss or theft of the product after delivery.
14. All policies are subject to change at the store’s discretion.
